This Shipping Policy explains how YONTYEQ processes and ships orders.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship eligible products to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Australia. Product availability and final delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Eligible standard-size orders over $30 receive free standard shipping. Oversized products, including DLE jetboards, are excluded and require a separate freight confirmation.

For eligible orders under $30, standard shipping fees vary by destination:

  • United States general shipping profile: $6.00 on orders up to and including $30.00; free above $30.00 (USD). See the US product-specific exceptions below.
  • Canada: $6.99
  • United Kingdom: $6.99
  • France: $6.99
  • Germany: $6.99
  • Italy: $7.99
  • Spain: $7.99
  • Australia: $7.99

United States Product-Specific Shipping

Mini keychain cameras, both portable fan models, LED cosplay helmets, the Red handcrafted web mask and the Y5 magazine tube currently qualify for free standard US shipping with no minimum order value. Their estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States.

The Black handcrafted web mask, Y6 magazine tube, slingshot kits, replacement bands and rubber tapping knife use the general shipping profile: $6.00 for orders up to and including $30.00, and free standard shipping above $30.00. Their estimated US delivery is 7-12 business days after dispatch. DLE jetboards require separate freight confirmation. Orders containing different shipping profiles may ship separately; checkout confirms the available methods and final charge for your address.

Processing Time

Standard orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • US products listed in the free-shipping group above: approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States.
  • Other United States standard orders: approximately 7-12 business days.
  • Canada: approximately 8-15 business days.
  • United Kingdom, France, and Germany: approximately 8-15 business days.
  • Italy and Spain: approximately 10-18 business days.
  • Australia: approximately 8-15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control.

DLE Jetboard Freight

DLE powered jetboards are oversized motorized water sports products and do not use standard parcel shipping. Freight cost, carrier availability, destination access, delivery method, and any import requirements must be confirmed before dispatch. Email service@yominishop.com with the model and full destination before ordering if you need a freight estimate.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we email the tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check the shipping address before placing an order. Delays, failed delivery, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may not be covered.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is significantly delayed, email service@yominishop.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
