You may request a return within 30 days after receiving an eligible item.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Used, altered, damaged-by-misuse, personalized, clearance, hazardous, or final-sale items may not be returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email service@yominishop.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item before approval. After approval, we will provide the correct return address and instructions for that order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible and include the order number plus clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may require additional processing time.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For eligible merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers may have a 14-day cancellation right in addition to this policy, subject to applicable law.
